Dr. Tom Obaseki has warn Revenue Collector and Enforcers in the Council Area to desist from harassing innocent Motorist especially private vehicle owners plying Oredo Council Area as their collections is restricted to commercial vehicles only.

The Council Boss made this call at an interactive session with the Director of Revenue and some stakeholders in his office.

The Chairman said he is disturbed by the public out cry on the attitude of some Revenue Collectors and Enforcers harassing innocent private vehicle owners.

Dr. Tom Obaseki encouraged Revenue Collectors and Enforcers to be more persuasive rather than confrontational in their dealings with the public as they carry the image of thr Council

He stressed that they should be seen as an Ambassadors of the new Oredo Council with a new vision of improving the lives of her citizens and not to inflict pains

He therefore urged the citizens to see themselves as partners in the Wheel of progress of the new Oredo and to report any erring Collector and Enforcer found wanting through the Council complain line 08170000735 and assured that their complains will be treated with dispatch.
