Dr. Tom Obaseki led Oredo Local Government Council yesterday held it Christmas Carol and end of year party at the council's garden amidst funfair.

While speaking out of excitement immediately after he read the 9th lesson, the council Chairman expressed his delight over the large turnout at the event, he reiterated his commitment towards transforming the Local Government, he thereafter presented officials car keys to the Vice Chairman and the Leader of the legislative arm of the council, also some deserving council workers and pensioners were also rewarded with gifts.

Other readers which includes, the Secretary to the Local Government Dr. Wellington Osadolor, the Head of Local Government Dr. O.O. Omoregie, the council's Director of Finance/Treasurer Dr. Scot Aigbovia, the Council's House Leader Hon. Harrison Izekor and others took their turns to read the various lessons that goes with the melodious songs by the council's Choir.

Earlier, there was a meeting of stakeholders engagement and citizens interaction at the council's hall.

The event attracted many dignitaries which include the local government party Chairman, Mr. Henson Usiobafo, some of his EXCO members and ward Chairmen, Local Government Council Councillors and Supervisory Councillor, Special Adviser to the Chairman, Some Senior Special Assistant and Special Assistant to the Governor from Oredo, Council Directors, Senior Council officials among others.
